Charm N Jewelry is your online Jeweler specializing in quality handcrafted charms and charm bracelets manufactured by Rembrandt Charms.
Lifetime Warranty
All Rembrandt Charms products are warranted for life against normal ware, breakage or defect. Rembrandt Charms will repair or replace at their discretion all Rembrandt Charms products. Any broken parts sent for warranty claim must contain at least 50% of the original item. Lost items are not covered. We strongly suggest charm soldering onto bracelets for permanent ware.
Charm n Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your Jewelry purchase or you may return it no questions asked for an exchange or full refund. Returned items must be less than 60 days from original date of purchase.
Charms that have been personalized or engraved " May Not " be returned.
All items returned must be in original unused condition and will be inspected before credit is issued.
Return items must include order ID number or a copy of the packing slip you received with your order.
Package your order being returned in a safe manor to avoid being damaged. Returned items should be insured and should be shipped by United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL with signature required. This will allow you to track your return's progress. (PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS)

All returns will be credited within 5 business days upon receiving them.
