Engraving is available in Block or Script. Block engraving uses all CAPITAL LETTERS, and Script uses both Capital and Lower-Case Letters.  Due to size and pace constraints, charms are limited to the number of characters that may be engraved.

For most charms we suggest BLOCK engraving for clarity, visibility and readability.

NOTE:   YOU MUST PUT (MONOGRAM) in parentheses before the initials  to be engraved otherwise they will all be the same size.

Typically, monograms have the last name initial in the center, flanked by the first name and middle name initials. When placing a (MONOGRAM) engraving order, the Middle Initial  (Will be Larger and Centered)

Orders valued at $25.00 or more will be shipped FREE via UPS ground or First Class mail. Faster shipping options are available also. Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number and provide a link that will take you to the proper carrier and track your package for you.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Charm n Jewelry can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order over $250 of merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To expedite your order, simply call your credit card issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address. Once your order is delivered you can cancel the alternate shipping address at any time.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Charm n Jewelry wants you to be 100% satisfied with your Jewelry purchase or you may return it no questions asked for an exchange or full refund. Returned items must be less than 60 days from original date of purchase. All items returned must be in original unused condition and will be inspected before credit is issued.

Charms that have been personalized or engraved "May Not" be returned.

Return items must include packing slip and packaged in a safe manor to avoid being damaged. Returned items must be insured and should be shipped by United States Postal Service, FedEx or DHL with signature required. This will allow you to track your return's progress. (PLEASE DO NOT USE UPS)

All returns are credited within 7 days upon receiving them.

Word & Number search feature to help you find the charm your looking for.

Looking for "Border Collie Dog charm", using border collie will result in that particular charm, using just collie will result in border collie and all collie charms. Using the general term dog, you will get all breads of dogs and related items like: dog bone, fire hydrant, dog tags & dog sled.

Looking for "Sweet 16 charms" or "Birthstone charms", using sweet 16 will result in sweet 16 charms, using birthstone will result in birthstone charms. Using the general term birthday will result in all items related to birthdays.

Looking for "Boy or Girl Head charms", using boy head  will result in "no charm found" using boy will result in boys head charms, full body charms and boy confirmation charms. Using the general term baby  will result all charms related to boys & girls.

Using "Style Number search", if you would like to compare or view a charm or charms and have the 4 digit style number of the charm or charms, enter the 4 digit style number to go directly to that charm. If you have multiple style numbers, place a comma after each 4 digit style number.
